The Dontaku course lets you enjoy the flavors of Hakata! In addition to specialty dishes such as yuzu salted fish and sesame mackerel, there is a wide selection of popular dishes such as chicken nanban, exquisite dashimaki, and bite-sized gyoza dumplings.The set includes a choice of hot pot (motsunabe or Hakata motsuyaki hot pot), udon noodles for the final course, rice cooked in a clay pot, and dessert, for a total of 11 dishes to enjoy.
